The International Congress on Protection of Rights and Freedoms citizens «Shield», as the Human Rights organization invokes you to pay attention to the discrepancies of wages and working conditions of teachers.
We invoke the international community to raise the level of teachers’ salaries.
Everyone knows that school is the second family, and teachers are parents. Teachers are people who teach us everything, all the rules and regulations, making us educated people. Teachers work is hard. All people have passed through their hands, they put their hearts into their students, they teach us wisdom. The professionalism and individual approach to every pupil or a student help to reveal many talents and abilities of students, mental attitude toward each child makes them feel more confident in understanding the new knowledge. More than 70 million children are deprived of education. In some countries, where armed conflicts are conducted, there are no conditions for the education of children; simply there are no schools. However, it does not stop teachers, they continue to perform their duties to give knowledge to children … Without teachers we would not be who we are today. Unfortunately, nowadays, their work is not appreciated. What do the teachers have today? In most countries, wages are very low and the working day does not have time limits. Why does it happen? Why does not the state support those who have made from the small frightened children really smart people.
The International Organization «Shield» appeals to the international community and invokes to pay attention to this problem. We demand to respect the work of teachers and ask to increase teachers’ salaries and to improve working conditions.
