International law prohibits the interference of any state in the internal affairs of another state since each state is free to choose and develop its own political, economic, social, political, and cultural system without interference from the other side. This principle has been codified and enshrined in many international conventions: the most important of these is the Charter of the United Nations in its second article, paragraph seven, as stated in the Declaration of Principles of International Law Concerning Friendly Relations and Cooperation among States issued under Recommendation 2625 of October 24, 1970, published by the General Assembly “That no state or group of states shall have the right to interfere, directly or indirectly, for any reason, in the internal or external affairs of another state. As a result, military intervention and any interference or threats directed against its political, economic or cultural component are considered contrary to international law.

“Every war is a war against children.”
When war breaks out, children become the weakest link in it. Hostilities overwhelm them, they fall into countless dangers, and they are deprived of the most beautiful years of childhood. Therefore, the protection of children is of the utmost importance, as they are, above all, the present and the future.
More than one in ten children worldwide suffer from armed conflict today, and each is looking for ways to live with the chaos caused by war. Although the law guarantees them protection, dangers still befall them from all sides; They are recruited and exploited by armed forces and armed groups, separated from their families, circumstances push them to leave their homes, deprived of education, killed, maimed, or sexually assaulted.
Starting a war was never to achieve peace. Peace – can only be achieved through negotiations and dialogue. As for war, with all its dimensions and standards, its result is known in advance, namely destruction, devastation, displacement, and bloodshed. At the same time, construction and development stop, famine, disease and epidemics spread, food and medicine are scarce and disappear, high prices, institutions are sabotaged, buildings and various centers are destroyed, which has disastrous consequences for society. The use of cluster bombs and other internationally banned weapons results in conditions such as long-term disability and incurable diseases, leading to adverse environmental effects causing infertility in women and various types of cancer, especially in children.
