The diplomatic passport was never a standard of appreciation and honor as much as it was a tool and a means to accomplish and facilitate the tasks of its holder when traveling on an official mission outside the country, in accordance with the Vienna Conventions on Diplomatic Relations of 1961
It is considered a valid travel document that cannot be used as a substitute for the national passport, but rather supports it in the special features in terms of travel, mobility and immunities according to international standards issued by the Organization International congress Shield which derives its strength from many global constitutions that guarantee freedom of movement for human beings and is subject to the authority of Article 13, Section 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights .
