In the office of The International congress on protection  of the rights and freedoms of the citizen «SHIELD» the Chairman of the Union of Soviet officers Lyamzin A.V awarded President Daher Muhamed Saleh for his great contribution to peace and support of Soviet officers, honorary title «70 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War» in accordance with the decision of the Central Council of the All-Ukrainian Union of Soviet officers on May 9th, 2015.
