05.10.2015   President of the «International Congress on the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens «Shield» Dr. Daher Saleh Muhamed attended a meeting of the presidium of the city organization of the Veterans Council, which awarded the chairman of Council of Veterans of Odessa, Lieutenant-General Vyacheslav Avksentevich Dobrovolsky, the Order of the organization, for his great contribution to the development of civil society, care of veterans and in connection with the 70 th anniversary.
