President of the «International congress on protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens «Shield», expressed his condolences to the King of the Belgians Philipp Leopold Louis Maria in the connection with a series of terrorist acts which
took place in Brussels in March, 22, 2016.
«Your Majesty, I am shocked with the latest events what had happened in your country. Explosions in Brussel show that there are forces that want to make destabilization in Europe and the world in general. The fight against terrorism and hatred on ethnic ground, religious or racial basis is one of the priorities of the organization, which I chair.
Let me express to you, Your Majesty, your nation, the families of the victims, the people affected by the attacks, my deepest condolences and express the hope that those responsible persons will be punished severely.
