On March 25, 2016 the President of International Congress on protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens «Shield» with a working visit in Kiev has visited the Embassy of Belgium in Ukraine.

 First of all, Dr. Daher Saleh laid flowers in memory of killed and injured people in series of terrorist attacks? Which took place on 22 March 2016 in Brussels.

 There was a meeting between the President of International Organization «Shield» and the Chief Secretary of the Extraordinary Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Belgium, during which Dr. Daher Saleh expressed his condolences to the Belgian people and left a note in the book of condolences behalf  International Organization «SHIELD».
